Neither I, nor my parents, have ever applied for or have ever received a dime in welfare, AFDC
benefits. Back in the day, according to my Mom, to receive welfare a Black woman would have to
get rid of her husband to receive welfare. However, she could have any other male friend other
than her husband and she would qualify.
Social Welfare and government influence over the sanctity of Black families, is degrading, anti-
solid Black family structure oriented, worse than slavery in that it is used as a tool to break up the
traditional law abiding Black family structure for illicit profit, and/the so-call Black university
educated who took part in this disgraceful activity are betraying the Black community.
……..and having been in the system, law abiding individuals from the hood who have faced the
music don’t need government intruding or controlling the sanctity of family structure.
......More so than government influence, government intervention being truly destructive to the Black
family structure, punishing and branding law abiding U.S. born Black men, as being illicit
drug and alcohol abusers without just cause, maligning the good name of the innocent, all with
impunity, this should be the responsibility of the individual and not government to take charge of his
or her own destiny!
Less government intrusion in the lives of U.S. citizens, make for a freer non Socialistic
society!
The WWII generation, is the greatest generation ever, as evidenced by the sacrifices of the many
individuals, especially those who made this great sacrifice, such as my Dad. In spite of my own
situation regarding, as it concerns Los Angeles Superior Court Case BC 385899, or the negative
experience of being in foster care without just cause, or any other member of the Lofton family
negative and un-American experiences, my Dad made the greatest sacrifice, and he derived little
or no benefit for his sacrifices, proof of which is documented by Los Angeles Superior Court Case
C895188.
For his great sacrifice of being an honorably discharged disabled U.S. combat 92nd infantry
Buffalo Soldier veteran draftee of WWII, in passing my dad did not derive any benefit for his
sacrifices to this nation. My Dad, Leon E. Lofton, Jr. an honorably discharged disabled U.S.
combat infantry Buffalo Soldier veteran draftee of a foreign war, sacrificed much only to return to a
nation that has yet to respect his Constitutional rights as a honorably discharged U.S. combat
infantry veteran of WWII, father, and West Virginia State University graduate. My Dad possessed
his West Virginia State University graduate before being drafted; meaning neither the U.S. military
nor the U.S. government financed his university education. Prior to marrying my Mom, before any
of the Mr. and Mrs. Leon E. Lofton, Jr. family siblings were born, my Dad and/or my Dad's parents,
made the sacrifices necessary for my Dad to finance and earn his West Virginia State university
Degree.
My Dad passed July 16, 2003, with good name and integrity intact, in spite of the disregard shown
for his U.S. Constitutionally and California Constitutional rights, as an honorably discharged
disabled U.S. combat infantry veteran draftee of WWII, namely by no good Black elected officials
affiliated with the Democratic Party.
